百令胶囊对煤尘肺患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊治疗对煤尘肺(coal workers pneumoconiosis,CWP)患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年6月在本院就诊的CWP患者106例为研究对象,患者均为男性,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,观察组另给予百令胶囊治疗,均治疗6个月。结果:观察组治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比值均明显上升,CD8^+明显下降,且均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生存质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊可改善CWP患者免疫功能和生存质量。Objective：To observe the influence of Bailing Capsule （BLC） on immunity function and quality of life of patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis （CWP）. Methods：One hundred and six male patients with CWP who were treated in our hospital be- tween Jan. 2014 and June 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. The ones in both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added based BLC on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months, Results：After the treatment, CD4 ＋ and CD44 ＋/CD84 ＋ ratio of the observation group were significantly increased, but CD84 ＋ was significantly decreased; The observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The observation group＇ s score of quality of life was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： BLC can improve immunity function and quality of life of patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis,
