中草药离子喷雾、手法按摩联合康复训练对头面颈部烧伤患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中草药离子喷雾、手法按摩联合康复训练对头面颈部烧伤患者的影响。方法:选取本院2014年1月—2016年1月治疗的头面颈部烧伤患者54例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。对照组给予早期康复训练治疗,观察组给予中草药离子喷雾、手法按摩联合康复训练治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6个月。结果:两组患者头面颈部功能评估结果比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BSHS2B评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为96.30%,对照组有效率为85.19%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中草药离子喷雾、手法按摩联合康复训练可有效改善头面颈部烧伤患者功能障碍,提高健康质量。Objective：To observe the influence of Chinese herbal ion spray and massage in combination with rehabilitation training on patients with head-face-neck burn. Methods： Fifty-four patients with head-face-neck bum who were treated in our hospital be- tween Jan. 2014 and Jan. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 27 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given early rehabilita- tion training,while the ones in the observation group were given Chinese herbal ion spray and massage in combination -~th reha- bilitation training. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results： In terms of head-face-neck function evaluation results, the ob- servation group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment,the BSHS2B score of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 96.30% ,while that of the control group was 85.19% ;And the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal ion spray and massage in combination with rehabilitation training can effectively improve dysfunction of patients with head-face-neck burn, and improve their quality of health.
