序贯疗法防治颈椎病伴胸椎小关节紊乱60例

摘　　要：目的:观察序贯疗法防治颈型、神经根型颈椎病伴胸椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用牵引疗法、中频脉冲电疗及口服美罗昔康胶囊进行治疗,治疗组采用四联序贯疗法进行治疗(微调手法、小针刀疗法、垫枕疗法与功能锻炼)。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后颈部残障指数(NDI)与生存质量(SF-36)评分的改变。结果:两组患者治疗后NDI与SF-36评分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为75.00%,治疗组有效率为95.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:序贯疗法治疗颈型、神经根型颈椎病伴胸椎小关节紊乱临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of sequential therapy on cervical type, and nerve root type cervical spondylosis combined with thoracic facet joint disorder. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with traction therapy, intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy and meloxicam capsule for oral administration, while the ones in treatment the group were treated ~th four sequential therapy （including trimming technique, scalpe therapy, pillow pad therapy and functional exercise）. Then the two groups＇ changes of NDI and SF-36 scores before and after the treatment were ob- served. Results ：After the treatment^the two groups＇ NDI and SF-36 scores were both better than those before the treatment ;The treatment group was better than the control group; And all the differences between them had significance （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. The effec- tive rate of the control group was 75.00% ,while that of the treatment group was 95.00% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Sequential therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cervical type, and nerve root type cervical spondylosis combined with thoracic facet joint disorder, can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
