克感利咽口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染88例

摘　　要：目的:观察克感利咽口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热犯卫证的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年8月—2014年6月在本院急诊门诊就诊的急性上呼吸道感染风热犯卫证患者133例,随机分为治疗组88例和对照组45例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,对照组给予感咳双清胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予克感利咽口服液治疗。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率为85.2%,对照组有效率为68.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为75.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均退热时间(20.8±6.5)h,对照组平均退热时间(27.3±8.1)h,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:克感利咽口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热犯卫证疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Keganliyan Oral Liquor（ KGLYOL ） on acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods tone hundred and thirty-three patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection of wind heat invading weiqi syndrome who were treated in the outpatient department of our hospital between August 2013 and June 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 88 and 45 cases respectively in each group. The ones in both groups were treated with routine treatment, then the ones in the control group were added Ganke Shuan- gqing Capsules（GKSQC） for oral administration, and the ones in the treatment group were added KGLYOL. Re.suits ：The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 85.2%, while that of the control group was 68.9% ; And the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The TCM syndrome curative effective rate of the treatment group was 92.1%, while that of the control group was 75.5% ; And the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The average time for removing fever in the treatment group was（20.8 ± 6. 5） hours, while that of the control group was （27.3 ± 8.1 ） hours; And the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： KGLYOL has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute upper respiratory tract infection.
