理中汤加味结合艾灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡50例

摘　　要：目的:观察理中汤加味结合艾灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年3月—2015年3月诊治的脾胃虚寒证复发性口腔溃疡患者90例,按照随机数字法分为治疗组50例和对照组40例。治疗组给予理中汤加味结合艾灸治疗,对照组给予复合维生素B片、维生素C片、胸腺肽片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率95.3%,对照组有效率75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组在总体疗效、治疗前后症状积分、疗程结束后3个月至6个多月的时间里,对复发例数方面进行比较,经过统计学处理分析,均有非常明显差异(P<0.05),提示治疗组优于对照组。结论:理中汤加味结合艾灸外治法治疗脾胃虚寒型复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切,无毒副反应,是治疗复发性口腔溃疡安全有效可行的方法之一。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Genter,Re^ating Decoction in combination with moxibustion on recmTent oral ulcer. Methods ： Ninety patients with recurrent oral ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syn- drome who were treated in our hospital between March 2014 and March 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random numbers, with 50 and 40 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Supplemented Center-Regulating Decoction in combination with moxibus- tion, while the ones in the control group were given compound vitamin B tablets, vitamin C tablels, and Thymopeptide tablets for treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was95.3%, while that of the control group was 75.0% ;The treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0, 05） In terms of the total curative effect, symptom score before and after the treat- ment,and 3 to 6 months＇ after the treatment ,all the differences between the two groups were very obvious through the statistical a- nalysis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Supplemented Center-Regulating Decoction in combination with moxibustion has a remarkable clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer without any poisonous and side effects .and is one of the effective methods for trea- ting recurrent oral ulcer.
