骨痹方熏蒸联合运动疗法治疗寒痹型膝骨性关节炎57例

摘　　要：目的:观察骨痹方熏蒸联合运动疗法治疗寒痹型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年7月—2014年9月在本院康复医学科门诊和住院治疗的寒痹型膝骨性关节炎患者118例,治疗过程失访2例,脱落1例,资料不完整1例,共完成114例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各57例。对照组给予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗组给予骨痹方熏蒸联合运动疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.49%,对照组有效率为84.21%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LKSS评分、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后WOMAC评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:骨痹方熏蒸联合运动疗法治疗寒痹型膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者膝关节功能障碍,缓解临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Gubi Decoction （GBD） for fumigation in combination with exercise therapy on osteoarthritis of the knee of cold and bi type. Methods：One hundred and eighteen patients with ostenarthrilis of the knee of eohl and bi type who were treated flu＇ outpatient and inpatient treatment in rehabilitation medicine department of our huspi- lal between July 2012 and Sept. 2014 were ehosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 57 eases in each group,because during the treatment,2 eases failed to be followed up, 1 case was detached and 1 case had incomplete data. The ones in the control group were given Glu- cosamine Hydroehloride Capsules for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment gToup were added GBD for fumigation in combination with exercise therapy. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.49%, while that of the cnnlrol group was 84.21% ;And the treatment group was better than the eontrol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Atfer the treatment, LKSS score and VAS score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. WOMAC score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：GBD for fumigation in enmbination with exercise therapy Ires a re- markable clinical curative effect on osteoarthritis of the knee of cold and bi type,can effectively improve the patients＇ knee joints functional barrier,and relieve their clinical symptoms.
