益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法:选取2011年12月—2013年12月本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴清热方治疗。结果:对照组有效率79.17%,观察组有效率93.75%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后hs CRP、FINS、HOMA-IR、FPG,2h PG,Cys C、Hb AIc、TC、TG,LDL较治疗前显著下降,HDL均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白有显著改善作用,且能降低血脂、血糖水平。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Decoction （YQYYQRD） on serum cystatin C and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods： Ninety-six patients with type Ⅱdiabetes who were treated in our hospital between Dec. 2011 and Dec. 2013 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 48 cases in each group, The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added YQYYQRD based on the treatment of the control group. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 79.17% ,while that of the observation group was 93, 75% ;And the ob- servation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ hsCRP, FINS, HOMA-IR, FPG, 2hPG, CysC, HbAIc ,TC, TG, LDL decreased obviously,while HDL increased obviousl;And the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, Conclusion ： YQYYQRD can effectively improve serum cystatin C and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with type Ⅱdiabetes,and reduce blood fat and blood sugar levels.
