颜面代表区联合循经远取针刺治疗面肌痉挛42例

摘　　要：目的:观察颜面代表区联合循经远取针刺治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2015年1月—2016年5月治疗的面肌痉挛患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规取穴针刺治疗,观察组给予颜面代表区和循经远取针刺治疗。结果:观察组治疗后面肌痉挛频度分级、面肌痉挛强度分级优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为69.05%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颜面代表区联合循经远取针刺治疗面肌痉挛疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of facial representation area acupuncture in combination with distal acpoint selection in line with corresponding meridian on hemifacial spasm. Methods：Eighty-four patients with hemifacial spasm who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2015 and May 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine acpoint selection acupuncture, while the ones in the observation group were treated with facial representation area acupuncture in combina- tion with distal acpoint selection in line with corresponding meridian. Results：After the treatment,the observation group＇s muscle spasm frequency grading and hemifacial spasm grading were better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 100.00% ,while that of the control group was 69.05% ;And the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Facial representation area acupuncture in combination with distal acpoint selection in line with corresponding meridian has a definite curative effect on hemifacial spasm.
