甘爱萍治疗功能性消化不良用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究甘爱萍教授治疗功能性消化不良的药物使用规律。方法:收集甘爱萍教授2013年5月—2014年5月治疗功能性消化不良的处方462首,录入中医传承辅助平台软件,采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次、药味、药量、归类、性味归经及药物之间的关联规则。结果:对筛选出的462首处方进行分析显示,高频次药物以郁金、茯苓、浙贝母、白术、芍药、百合、佛手、砂仁等为主;药物剂量以常用剂量为主;药物归类以芸香科、百合科、姜科、兰科、菊科、毛茛科、蔷薇科为主;药味以苦、甘、辛、酸、涩、淡为主;药性以寒、温、凉、平为主;归经以肺、肝、脾、胃、心、肾为主;处方药物数量以16味为最多;药对以赤芍配白芍,砂仁配百合,香橼配佛手,合欢花配玫瑰花,茯苓配白术为主。结论:寒热并用、辛开苦降是甘爱萍教授治疗功能性消化不良的用药特点;益气健脾、疏肝理气、滋阴清热是其常用治法;"脾胃为本、调气为先"是甘爱萍教授脾胃病的基本学术思想。Objective ：To study the law of drug use of Professor Gan Aiping in treating functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods ：Totally 462 prescriptions for FD prescribed by Professor Gan between May,2013 and May,2014 were included in the auxiliary platform software of Chinese medicine Inheritance and analyzed by the.. compositive rule of this software. The data mining methods of impro- ving mutual information, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy of hierarchical clustering were applied to de- termine the use frequency,flavor,dosage, classification, property and meridian tropism of each drug and association rules between drugs in the prescriptions. Results：In the selected and analyzed 462 prescriptions,drugs of high use frequency include Yujin （Ra- dix Curcumae ）, Fnling （ Poria）, Zhebei （ Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii ）, Baizhu （ Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae ）, Shaoyao （ Radix Paeoniae Alba）, Baihe （ Bulbus Lilii）, Fosh^m （ Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis） ,Sharen （ Fructus Amomi ）. The dos- age of the drugs was mainly dose of ~ommon usage. The classifications of the drugs were mainly rutaceae ,liliaceae ,zingiberaceae, orchidaceae, compositae,ranunculaceae and rosaceae. The flavors of the drugs were mainly bitter, sweet, pungent, sour, astringent and bland. The properties of the drugs were mainly cold,warm ,cool and neutral. The meridian tropism mainly included the lung, the liver, the spleen ,the stomach,the heart, the kidney. The number of drugs in a prescription was mainly 16. The medicinal pairs were Chishao （Radix Paeoniae Rubra） companied by Baishao （Radix Paeoniae Alba）.Sharen （Fructus Amoral ） companied by Baihe （Bulbus Lilii）,Xiangyuan （Fructus Citri） companied by Foshou （ Fructus Cirri Sarcodactylis）, Hehuan （Flos Albiziae） companied by Meiguihua （Flos Rosae Rugosae）,Fuling （Poria） companied by Baizhn （Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae）. Conclusion ： Simultaneous use of cold and heat drugs and use of pungent
