针刺联合凯时注射液治疗脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺联合凯时注射液治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法：90例脑梗死患者随机分为A、B和C组，每组30例。A组单用针刺治疗，B组单用凯时注射液治疗，C组用针刺联合凯时注射液治疗。结果：3组患者治疗后，A组总有效率为87％，B组总有效率为90％，C组总有效率为97％。3组患者疗效比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺联合凯时注射液治疗脑梗死疗效显著。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction with acupuncture combined with Kaishi injection. Methods：A total of 90 cases with cerebral infarction from our Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were involved in the study. The patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3 groups;Group A：Ninety patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group, Group B：Kaishi injection group and Group C：the acupuncture combined with Kaishi injection group. Results： The efficiency of Group C（97%） was more than that in Group A （87%） and Group B（90%）. The difference among the 3 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Kaisbi injection is remarkable for patients with cerebral infarction.
