摘　　要：目的研究ICU感染患者血清PCT、TNF-α、急性期相应的反应蛋白的变化及与预后的关系,为ICU患者感染的防控与治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年7月-2016年4月34例ICU感染患者为观察组,并选取同时期34例ICU未发生感染的患者为对照组,比较两组患者血清PCT、TNF-α、急性期相应的反应蛋白,比较两组中存活者与死亡者的检测结果、不同感染部位与病原菌感染情况。结果观察组血清PCT、TNF-α、急性期相应的反应蛋白均高于对照组;观察组死亡者与存活者均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU感染患者血清PCT、TNF-α、急性期相应的反应蛋白的表达水平相对较高,且其表达水平对患者的预后有积极的临床价值。OBJECTIVE To study the changes of serum PCT,TNF-αand acute phase reactants of patients with infection in ICU and its relationship with the prognosis,in order to provide references for the prevention,control and treatment of patients with infection in ICU.METHODS A total of 34 patients with infection in ICU from Jul.2014 to Apr.2016 were selected as observation group,and 34 patients without infection in ICU at the same time were selected as control group.The serum PCT,TNF-αand acute phase reactants of the two groups were compared,the detection results of the two groups with the survivors and the dead were compared too,and the detection results of different infection sites and pathogenic bacteria infection situation of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The serum PCT,TNF-αand acute phase reactants of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and the levels of the survivors and the dead of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The serum PCT,TNF-αand acute phase reactants expression levels of patients with infection in ICU are relatively higher,and the expression levels have active clinical value for the prognosis of patients.
