摘 要:制取印模是口腔修复工作中基础而关键的环节,传统的口腔印模技术发展到现在已有100多年历史;在制取的过程中直接接触患者的唾液甚至血液而被病原菌污染,不经消毒会成为疾病传播的媒介;关于印模的消毒方法、消毒剂对其三维精度、性能的影响一直是修复医师研究的热点;近年兴起的数字化印模技术为口腔修复学开辟了一个全新的数字化领域,精确、快速、节约等优点使其备受青睐,本文就口腔印模消毒方法及其对印模质量的影响和数字化印模的先进性、前景展望作一综述。Making dental impressions is a fundamental and key link in prosthodonties. The development of the traditional dental impression technique has a history of more than 100 years. Since the dental impressions get in direct contact with saliva or even the blood of the patients, they might be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria and be the media for spreading disease without disinfection. The disinfection methods and the effects of the disinfectants on the three dimensional accuracy and property of the impressions, has always been the hot spots of the dentists. In recent years, the evolution of digital impression technology for oral prosthodontics has opened up a new digital field, and the advantages of precision, velocity and economy make it favored by dentists. This review summarized the current methods of disinfection and the influence on the property of the dental impressions, and the advance- ment and future perspectives of digital impression.
