摘　　要：介绍了Lyocell，棉混纺抗菌色织面料的生产流程、具体的工艺参数及加工要点，并测试了该产品的染色牢度、pH值、甲醛含量及抗菌效果。结果表明，生产的抗菌Lyocell／棉色织面料pH值6．7，甲醛含量〈20mg／kg；对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99％122k，染色牢度达到4～5级。The production process, processing parameters and points for attention of Lyocell/cotton antibacterial yarn-dyed fabric are introduced. The color fastness, pH value, formaldehyde content and antibacterial effect are tested. The results show that the fabric has the pH value of 6.7, formaldehyde content 〈20 mg/kg, the antibacterial rate to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus 〉99%, color fastness Grade 4-5.
