摘　　要：LMH212型节水丝光机,改进了蒸洗箱结构,缩小了水洗槽尺寸,增加了穿透式水洗装置,槽内增设具有扩幅和刮水作用的微弧杆,末端单点给水,具有定量控制和自动计量功能。生产实践表明,与改进前的丝光机相比,LMH212型节水丝光机的生产效率提高33.33%,单机日产量增加约2.4万米,日均耗水量减少38.4 m^3,日均耗汽量减少4.6 t,日均污水排放量减少约38.4 t,既节约生产成本,又降低污水处理负荷,节能环保。Compared to traditional mercerizing machine, the LMH212 water-saving mercerizing machine has improved washing box structure, reduced washing tank size, additional strong spray device with cir culating filter, addition of micro arc rod with expansion and water scraping function, and improved terminal single point water supply with automatic measurement and quantitative control function. Practice shows that the production efficiency of LMH212 mercerizing machine improves 33.33%, the unit capacity increases about 2.4× 10^4 m a day, water consumption is reduced 38.4 m3 a day, steam consumption is reduced 4.6 t a day, and sewage emission load is reduced about 38.4 t a day. The machine not only saves the production cost, but also reduces the sewage disposal load.
