盆底重建术后患者PDCA循环式功能锻炼研究

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在盆底重建术后患者盆底肌功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选择80例盆底重建术后患者,按照入院顺序采取随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,对照组采取常规的盆底肌功能锻炼方法,干预组采用PDCA循环健康教育方法,在术后第2天开始实施干预,比较出院前1d和出院3个月两组患者的盆底肌功能锻炼依从性、盆底肌力和生活质量PFIQ-7评分。结果出院前1d和出院3个月干预组患者的盆底肌功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);盆底肌力大于对照组(P<0.05),且盆底肌力随时间而增高;生活质量PFIQ-7评分低于对照组(P<0.05),即生活质量干预组优于对照组。结论采用PDCA循环的健康教育能有效地提高盆底重建术后患者盆底肌功能锻炼依从性,提高盆底肌力,改善其生活质量。Objective To study the effects of PDCA circle used in the pelvic floor muscle exercise for postoperative patients with pelvic floor reconstruction. Methods 80 postoperative patients with pelvic floor reconstruction were selected and divided into two groups. To intervene on the second day after surgery, patients in intervention group received pelvic floor muscle exercise based on PDCA circle while the control group received the normal pelvic floor muscle exercise. The compliance of pelvic floor muscle exercise, the pelvic floor muscle strength and the quality of life by PFIQ-7, in one day before discharge and 3 months after discharge for both group was measured and compared. Results In one day before discharge and 3 months after discharge, it showed that compliance of pelvic floor muscle exercise in intervention group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the pelvic floor muscle strength in intervention group was greater than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）, with the increase of time the pelvic floor muscle strength was greater; and the PFIQ-7 score in intervention group was greater than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）, showing the quality of life in intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle exercise based on PDCA circle could promote the compliance of functional exercise, improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and improve the quality of life.
