摘  要:通过对镍基合金GH80A进行大变形异步与同步轧制,制备了纳米组织材料,研究了退火处理对纳米组织GH80A材料的组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,大变形轧制后的材料的晶粒细化至约50 nm,其抗拉强度从646 MPa提升至1787 MPa,在700℃下进行退火处理后,抗拉强度可以达到2111 MPa;退火温度对取向影响不大。所制备的超细晶材料具有良好的组织热稳定性,在700℃下退火,晶粒尺寸约150 nm,在800℃下退火1 h,晶粒尺寸仍然能够保持在250 nm以下。分析认为,超细晶镍基GH80A材料的组织稳定性与强度的显著提高与γ'相的析出有直接关系。Nano-grained(NG) GH80 A alloy was obtained through severe deformation symmetric and asymmetric rolling at room temperature. The effects of annealing on microstructure and mechanical properties of nano-grained Ni-based alloy were investigated. The results show that after severe deformation cold rolling,the average grain size of the NG material is about 50 nm and the room temperature strength of the material is enhanced by 236% from 646 MPa to 1787 MPa. When annealed at 700 ℃ after cold rolling,the ultimate tensile strength of the alloy further increases to 2111 MPa. Thus,it shows excellent overall mechanical properties of nano-grained material after annealing. In addition,after annealing at 700 ℃,the grain size is about 150 nm and it is still below 250 nm even after annealing at800 ℃ for 1 h. It shows that the nano-grained GH80 A has high thermal stability,which is attributed to precipitation of γ' phase.
