摘　　要：针对新时期区域科技创新活动的信息需求特点,对区域科技信息服务平台框架结构和服务模式进行思考和研究,有利于指导和评价我国科技信息服务平台的建设与运行。首先,在总结我国当前区域科技类信息服务平台发展现状与不足的基础上,总结出区域内主要科技创新活动,梳理出各类科技创新活动中的具体信息需求。其次,围绕主要信息需求,提出区域科技创新信息服务平台框架结构和主要服务内容。最后,针对区域科技创新活动信息需求在规模、层次、领域以及阶段等方面的不同,提出基础性信息服务、个性化信息服务、一站式信息服务和嵌入式信息服务相结合的立体式信息服务模式。According to the characteristics of information requirements of regional S＆T innovation activities in new era, it＇s necessary to study the frame structure and service model of regional information service platforms, which can guide and evaluate the construction and operation of S＆T information service platforms in China. Firstly, based on analysis of the current development and problems of S＆T innovation information service platforms in China, the main S＆T innovation activities and their information requirements are summarized. Secondly, around these requirements, the frame structure and main services of S＆T innovation information platform are proposed. Finally, according the difference of the size, level, field and stage of regional S＆T innovation information requirements, a new 3-D information service model is proposed which combines the methods of the foundational, personalized, one-stop and embedded information service.
