高科联盟图书馆协同创新的实践与展望

摘　　要：高科联盟图书馆是由北京高科大学联盟主导推动的高校之间联合共建的文献资源生态系统,为构建支撑"政、产、学、研、用"协同创新的知识服务联盟开辟了崭新的道路,自成立以来开展了一系列卓有成效的工作,积累了多方面值得借鉴的成功经验。文章通过评述高科联盟图书馆取得的具体进展,从其顶层设计、内在动力、制度建设、协作机制和创新空间等方面总结其成功经验。同时也指出,现阶段其工作重心偏重于资源建设,在服务创新方面比较欠缺,在协同创新的方向和领域仍有巨大潜力和前景。The Library Alliance of High Technology is a literature resources ecosystems jointly built by universities and impelled by Cooperation Consortium of Beijing High Technology, which splits a new road for the construction of knowledge service alliance supporting collaborative innovation of Government, Production, Learning, Research, and Use. Since its establishment, a series of effective work has been carried out, and successful experience that is worth considering has been gathered. The specific progress made by the Library Alliance of High Technology has been discussed, and the successful experience has been summed up from several respects such as top-level design, inner motivation, system construction, coordination mechanism and innovation space. At the same time, the paper pointed that work at the present stage focuses on the resource construction and is short of service innovation, and has great potentials for collaborative innovation is needed for further exploration.
