用引文分析法辅助高校图书馆外文核心期刊订购——以中国石油大学(北京)为例

摘　　要：具有鲜明专业特色的行业高校图书馆在选取外文核心期刊时,若简单从学科对应的JCR分类中选择,不仅期刊量大、专业特色难以突出,还往往会遗漏学科交叉部分。以中国石油大学(北京)为例,根据高校学科专业需求,用引文分析法对该校外文核心期刊发文情况、参考文献与引用文献等方面进行统计和分析,从用户角度多方面综合考虑,为高校选取专业所需外文核心期刊提供更加切实可行的办法。For some university with distinctive industry characteristics, determining the appropriate list of foreign-lan-guage core periodicals is very important. Usually most university librarians simply rely on JCR, but this will cause on several problems such as a heavy workload, difficult to highlight the professional characteristics and omission of some journals in interdisciplinary section. Taking China University of Petroleum（CUP） for example and according to its professional academic analysis, this paper analyses all CUP ＇s theses in foreign-language core periodicals, such as references, citing articles, provides a more practical way to select the professional for-eign-language core periodicals from the user＇s point of view comprehensively.
