摘  要:采用4种不同锻造工艺对TA15钛合金棒材进行热加工锻造,得到规格为80 mm×150 mm×L的扁坯,对扁坯进行800℃×1 h热处理。研究了加工工艺对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用一次锻造(温度T1)/慢冷+二次锻造(温度T2)/快冷的工艺,锻出的TA15钛合金扁坯组织中初生α相含量约为10%,基体上具有较多的细小针状组织。用该工艺加工的TA15钛合金,其力学性能较其他工艺的高,横向和纵向性能差异较小,是一种性能比较优良的框锻件生产用坯料。TA15 titanium alloy bars were forged by four kinds of different forging processes, and the 80 mm× 150 mm ×L slabs were obtained. The effect of forging process on microstrueture and mechanical properties of TA15 titanium alloy slabs after heat treatment of 800 ℃ × 1 h was investigated. The results show that, adopting the first isothermal- forging processing at temperature of T1 with slow cooling plus the second isothermal-forging processing at temperature of T2 with quick cooling, the content of primary a phase in microstructure of slab is about 10%, and lots of thin aeieulate phases are found in the matrix. The mechanical properties of the slab are best among all the forging processes. The difference between transverse properties and longitudinal properties are small. This process is a good way to produce TA15 titanium slab for frame forgings.
