摘 要:研究了抗氧剂四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(1010)的加入对动态硫化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体性能的影响。采用抽提法测试了EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体凝胶含量,通过热空气老化实验研究了抗氧剂1010对EPDM/PP拉伸性能老化保持率的影响,并通过对热油溶胀率的测试研究了EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体的耐热油性能。研究结果表明:抗氧剂的加入使EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体凝胶含量降低,力学性能下降,耐油溶胀率增加,耐热油性能降低,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的老化保持率升高,耐热氧老化性能提高,当抗氧剂用量为0.9份时,EPDM/PP拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的老化保持率分别可达95%和88%。The influence of the adding antioxidant pentaerythritol tetrakys [ β-3-( 3,5-ditert-butyl-4- hydroxyphenyl) ] propionate (antioxidant 1010 ) on the properties of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber/polypropylene (PP) dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer ( TPV ). The gel content was tested by extraction method. The effect of antioxidant 1010 on the thermo-oxidative aged tensile strength retention of EPDM/PP was studied by hot air aging test. The thermal oil resistance of EPDM/PP was tested by the test method of hot oil swelling ratio. Results show that with the adding of antioxidant 1010, the gel content, mechanical properties and thermal oil resistance reduce, the oil swell rate increases, the aged tensile strength and elongation at break retention and the thermo-oxidative aging resistance increase. The aging retention of tensile strength and elongation addition, respectively. at break achieve 95%, 88% with 0. 9 phr antioxidant 1010 addition, respectively.
