摘  要:尼龙11(PA11)在3D打印成型后有良好的力学性能,是理想的计算机辅助设计(CAD)性能验证手段。3D打印工艺对材料力学性能的改变是关注热点,以PA11为原料,通过3D打印机激光选区烧结(SLS)成型后,分别通过应变片、动态振动及非接触全场应变等测量方法准确测量3D打印成型后的PA11材料的力学性能中的弹性模量E和泊松比μ,分析PA11材料在3D打印成型工艺下相对于注塑工艺由于致密性下降,从而改变了力学性能,弹性模量表现为下降而泊松比表现为增大。无损的动态振动测量和非接触全场应变测量相比常规应变片测量能获得更多数据,且试验误差均比常规应变片测量方法的结果小,是近年来的测试发展新方向。Nylon 11 (PA11 ) with good mechanical properties by three-dimensional (3-D) printing is a good material for computer-aided design (CAD) molding verification. The change in the mechanical properties of the material by 3-D printing is a focus of attention. PAl 1 specimen obtained by selective laser sintering technology was tested on Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio by using strain-gage, dynamic measuring and whole-field non-contact strain measurement (DIC) methods. The results show that compared with the sample by injection molding, the density of the sample made by 3-D printing is smaller, so the Young's modulus is smaller and the Poisson's ratio is bigger. In addition, dynamic measuring and digital image correlation (DIC) method will get more data and the results are more accurate.
