摘  要:随着我国经济水平的高速提升,塑料作为一次性制品被大量使用后直接丢弃,造成环境的污染和资源的浪费。逆向物流体系的建立,能够帮助废弃塑料制品实现再利用,而产品回收率是关系企业是否愿意建立逆向物流体系的关键问题。对逆向物流本身特征以及对产品生命周期的影响进行讨论。利用灰关联分析法建立了废弃塑料制品回收率计算模型以及预测模型,并结合实例分析,证明该回收率预测模型可以用于实际生产过程中。Along with China's high-speed economy growth, a large number of disposable plastic products cause environmental pollution and resource waste because they were disposed directly after use. The establishment of the reverse logistics system can help to realize waste plastics reuse, while the product recovery concerns whether an enterprise wants to establish the reverse logistics system. In this paper, the characteristic of reverse logistics and its influence to the product life cycle were discussed. Waste plastic recovery was established based on grey relational analysis calculation model and predictive model. And combined with case analysis, the recovery rate prediction model turned out to be used in actual production process.
