摘 要:为探究砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱的触杀、熏蒸、趋避作用和亚致死作用。用浸渍法、药膜法和熏蒸法分别测定了砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱若虫、成虫的触杀、熏蒸毒力。Y型嗅觉仪测定砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱成虫的趋避作用。用1 m L/L砂地柏精油喷施枸杞植株,接入5对初孵成虫测定其亚致死作用。结果表明,砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱一龄若虫触杀作用最高,对成虫最低,其致死中浓度(LC_(50))分别为1.16、2.83 m L/L。随着龄期的增加毒力降低。砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱成虫的熏蒸LC_(50)为1.35 m L/L,熏蒸作用强于触杀。砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱成虫的趋避作用显著,趋避率为53.1%。砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱产卵量无显著影响,使孵化率降低,卵期和若虫期延长。砂地柏精油对枸杞木虱具有毒杀和亚致死作用,可合理代替那些对人畜高毒的化学农药防治枸杞木虱。The experiment was conducted to explore the Sabina vulgaris essential oil of contact toxicity, tumigation, repellence and sublethal effects on Paratrioza sinica. The contact toxicity and fumigation of S. vulgaris essential oil on the adult and nymph of P. sinica were determined by impregnation, pesticide-membrane method, and fumigation method. The repellence of S. vulgaris essential oil on the adult of P. sinica was determined by Y-tube olfactometer. Lycium barbarum seedlings was sprayed with the 1 p.L/L S. vulgaris essential oil. Five pairs of adults were transferred to the seedlings and let them to lay eggs for 24 h, then transferred to another seedling sprayed with same essential oils for twice. The contact toxicity effect of S. vulgaris essential oil was the strongest on the first instar nymph of P. sinica, and the lowest on aduh with the LC50 value of 1.16 and 2.83 μL/mL, respectively. The contact toxicity of S. vulgaris essential oil was decreased with the increase of P. sinica nymph instar. The fumigation LCs0 value of S. vulgaris essential oil on the adult of P. sinica was 1.35 μL/mL, and the fumigation effects was stronger than that of contact toxicity. The repellence effect of the oil on adults was significant, and the repellent rate was 53.1%. The fecundity of P. sinica was not effected significantly by S. vulgaris essential oil, but the oil reduced egg hatching rate, and extended egg and nymph development durations. S. vulgaris essential oil was toxicity to P. sinica, and also had some sublethal effects on P. sinica. The oil could be used to control the pest instead of some higher harmful chemical pesticide to human and animals.
