摘 要:作为企业与利益相关者的沟通工具,企业社会责任报告变得日益重要。以体裁分析理论为基础,运用定性、定量和对比分析的方法,在对40篇中美企业CSR报告分析的基础上,归纳了其语步结构特征,并对比分析了二者的异同点,研究发现:(1)中美企业CSR报告都包含九个语步,其中目录、主席致辞、公司简介、CSR管理制度、责任管理是必选语步,功能相同;(2)二者最大差别是中国企业CSR报告有"政府政策阐述"语步,而美国企业CSR报告有"案例描述"语步;(3)美国企业CSR报告的语步顺序更加灵活,注重企业CSR行为。另外,研究发现社会环境和跨文化因素是影响中美企业CSR报告体裁结构差异的主要原因。As one of communication tools between enterprise and its stakeholders, Corporate Social Responsibility Report ( CSR report) has become more and more important. Through qualitative, quantitative analysis and comparative study, this paper tries to apply genre analysis to the corpus composed of 40 English - version Chinese and American CSR reports to find out the general move structure of each CSR report, and similarities and differences between them. The findings are as follows : 1 ) There are nine moves in both Chinese and American CSR reports, among which content page, chairman statement, company profile, CSR management and responsibility management are compulsory moves; 2) Chinese CSR reports contain "government policy" move, while American CSR reports include "case study" part; 3 ) move structures of American CSR reports are much more flexible and emphasizes corpo- rate CSR performance. Besides, the study finds that social and cross - cultural factors cause genre structure differences between Chinese and American CSR reports.
