摘  要:本文选用气温、湿度、风速、日照时数、降水量、海拔6个因子,构建巴南区避暑气候指数评价指标体系,利用Arcgis的栅格计算器功能加权叠加进行适宜性综合得分。在此基础上,采用相关规划衔接法,通过Arc GIS手段扣除不具备用地条件和受资源环境限制等不适宜建设避暑地产区域后,得到避暑地产可供开发区域并进行布局分析。研究结果表明:(1)巴南区适宜避暑气候资源总面积为6853.79 km2。(2)适宜进行避暑地产可供开发面积为2190.53公顷,涉及跳石镇、石滩镇、石龙镇、接龙镇、安澜镇、南彭街、麻柳镇、双河口8个乡镇。(3)综合可供开发区域总量和地块集聚度两个因素,跳石镇、石滩镇、石龙镇、安澜镇、接龙镇更适宜布局避暑地产。This article selects six factors including temperature, humidity, speed of wind, hours of sunshine, amount of precipi- tation and altitude to build the evaluation index system of summer climate index in Banan and get the suitability score by the function of raster calculator in ArcGIS which can do weighted stacking. On the basis of this, this essay deducts these regions not having land use condition and restricted by resources and environment to get the summer real estate available for development and gives layout analysis. The results prove that: (1) The area of summer climate resources is 6853.79 square kilometers in Banan. (2) The area of sum- mer real estate available for development is 2190.53 hectares, mainly containing eight villages and towns, that is Tiaoshi Town, Shitan Town, Shilong Town, Jielong Town, Anlan Town, Nanpeng Street, Maliu Town and Shuanghekou. (3)Considering the amount of area available for development and agglomeration degree of land, Tiaoshi Town, Shitan Town, Shilong Town, Anlan Town and Jielong Town are more suitable for developing summer real estate.
