摘 要:采用固相沉淀测试系统针对伊朗Y油田原油进行沥青质沉淀实验,确定沥青质发生沉淀的热力学条件,通过相态模拟方法预测沥青质沉淀包络线图。根据井筒中的温度和压力剖面,分析不同生产参数下沥青质在井筒中沉淀的规律。当压力高于沥青沉淀初始压力时不会发生沉淀,当压力低于沥青沉淀初始压力而高于泡点压力时,沥青质沉淀随压力降低而增多;随着原油产量的升高,沥青质在井筒中的初始沉淀点逐渐向井底移动,沉淀区间长度先加大然后逐渐减小。Solid detection system was adopted to detect Asphahene precipitation regularity, then asphahene precipi- tation envelop curve was obtained according to phase behavior simulation. This paper also analyzed the precipitation behavior along wellbore in different production parameters, according to the pressure and temperature profiles. The result shows that the occurrence of asphahene precipitation corresponds to AOP ( asphaltene onset pressure). Thus, precipitation does not occur when the pressure is higher than AOP, while the precipitation increases with pressure reduction when the pressure is higher than bubble point and less than AOP. The location of asphahene onset pre- cipitation goes down along wellbore as production increases, the length of precipitation interval increases first and then decreases accordingly.
