摘 要:低压配电网三相负荷不平衡不仅将增加变压器和线路损耗,而且会影响设备安全运行,因此治理三相负荷不平衡具有很重要的实际意义。本文首先研究了低压配电网台区负荷不平衡机理及分类,结合典型场景进行了不平衡控制策略的约束条件研究。其次,对比几种三相负荷不平衡治理装置的原理及工程适用性。最后,选择了基于智能选相开关的方案进行工程验证。9个月的运行数据显示,本技术可以解决配电网台区低压负荷不平衡问题,具有效果明显、成本低、可靠性高的优势,适于推广应用。Unbalanced three-phase load in the low voltage distribution network not only increases the loss of transformer and line, but also affects safe operation of equipment. Therefore the control of unbala- need three-phase load has important practical significance. In this paper, the unbalanced mechanism and classification of the low voltage distribution network is studied firstly, and the constraint condition of unbalanced load control strategy is studied with combination of typical situation. Secondly, the principle and engineering application of several types of unbalanced control device of three-phase load is com- pared. Finally, the project verification is performed by way of selecting the scheme based on the intel- ligent phase transfer switch. It is shown by the 9-month's operation data that the technology can solve the unbalanced problem of low voltage load of distribution network area, has such advantages as remark- able result, low cost and high reliability and is suitable for promotion and application.
