摘 要:本文介绍了一种基于自动换相的三相负荷平衡技术,通过在线调节居民负荷接入的相别,将负荷均衡分配到各个相序中。建立了多目标的优化函数,通过基于模糊C均值聚类算法的负荷控制策略,对目标函数进行优化求解,得出负荷终端的最优相别配置方案。仿真算例验证了算法的可行性,最后,在低压配变台区组网安装了三相负荷平衡装置,并网实验结果表明,三相负荷平衡装置可有效地降低电网的三相不平衡度,提高了用户的电能质量,降低了线损,验证了三相负荷平衡装置的有效性和经济性。In this paper, a kind of three-phase load balancing technology based on automatic commuta- tion is introduced. The load is distributed to each phase sequence by way of on line adjusting the phase which is connected by the residential load. Multiple objective optimization function is established and is subject to optimization solution through load control strategy which is based on the fuzzy C mean clu- stering algorithm to obtain the optimal phase configuration scheme of the load terminal. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by a simulation example. Finally, the three-phase load balancing device is installed in the low voltage distribution station. It is shown by the interconnection experimental result that the three-phase load balance device can decrease effectively network of unbalanced and improve the quality of the power supply of the user,reduce the line loss. The validity and efficiency of the three phase load balancing device is verified.
