摘 要:为实现风电汇入电网电压稳定的目的,文中探索一种新的无功电压补偿控制方法。基于风电电网现有的无功电压控制系统技术,加入时许递进无功电压优化控制新理念,针对风电汇集群协调控制在无功电压控制、电网安全稳定控制所应具备的基本功能,提出了大规模风电场集群并网在多时间、多空间尺度等方面实现分层分区的控制策略;本文以新疆某风电场为例进行仿真验证分析,结果表明了此风电场无功协调控制效果明显优于单个风电场或单个汇集站的控制策略,本控制方案对今后无功补偿方面的研究有重要的指导意义。For the achievement of voltage stability wind power into the power grid,a kind of new reactive voltage compensation and control method is discussed in this paper. As for the basic function of cluster interconnection possessed by the large wind farm in the field of reactive voltage control, stability con- trol of grid safety, the hierarchical portioning control strategy of the cluster interconnection of the large of the wind farm in the aspects of multiple time and space scale is proposed based on the existing reactive voltage control technology of wind power grid and with addition of new theory of progressive reactive voltage optimization and control. In this paper, the simulation and verification analysis with certain wind farm in Xinjiang as an example is performed. It is shown by the result that the reactive power coordination and control result of this wind farm is remarkably superior to the control strategy of single wand farm or cluster station and the control scheme has an important guidance to the study of reactive power compensation in the future.
