摘 要:本文首先阐述了定制电力技术的基本概念和主要的定制电力设备,然后针对北京电网某一重要用户从供电系统特点和电力需求着手,进行供电等级划分和定制电力技术应用。最后开展了用户电能质量监测分析和定制电力设备现场运行分析,结果表明定制电力技术满足了用户对电能质量的特殊需求,保证了用户供用电设备安全高效运行,同时将用户对公用电网和邻近用户的电能质量干扰限制在合理水平。本文定制电力技术应用方案和监测数据可为其他重要用户电能质量改善方案的制定提供参考,具有较强的实用价值。In this paper, the basic concept of customized power technology and main customized electri- cal equipment are described firstly, then power supply grade classification and application of the custo- mized power technology is performed from the feature of power supply system and power need of one important customer. Finally, the monitoring analysis of power quality of the customer and site operation analysis of customized electrical equipment is developed. It is shown by the result that the customized power technology meets the customers'special requirement to the power quality,assures safe and high efficient operation of power supply equipment of customer and, at the same time, limits the interference of the customer to the power supply network and power quality of adjacent customer into a reasonable level. The application proposal of power technology and the monitoring data formulated in this paper can pro- vide reference for the improvement of electric energy quality.
