摘  要:目的:探讨功能锻炼视频宣教在骨折术后康复锻炼中的作用。方法:将116例骨折术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,在康复功能锻炼时,对照组采用语言、文字资料等传统的健康教育方式,观察组采用功能锻炼视频宣教,观察2组患者术后康复锻炼健康教育内容知晓水平、治疗依从性及骨折愈合后患肢功能恢复进展情况。结果:观察组患者对健康教育知晓掌握情况由41.38%上升到69.00%;观察组与对照组在依从性上存在差别(P<0.05);观察组出院日时及出院后一个月时的功能恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨科术后应用功能锻炼视频进行健康宣教,可提高患者术后康复锻炼内容的知晓水平,增强患者的治疗依从性,提高功能锻炼的有效性及正确性,最终有效提高骨折的愈合和患肢功能的恢复。[ Objective] To explore the effect of functional exercise video on rehabilitation exercise after fracture operation. [ Method] 116 cases of fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the rehabilitation training, language, text information and other traditional health education were used in the control group; the observation group was treated with functional exercise video education. Two groups of patients with rehabilitation exercise health education content awareness, treatment compliance and fracture healing and the limb function recovery progress, were observed. [ Result] Observation group patients for health education awareness to grasp the situation by 41.38% rose to 69.00% ; observation group and the control group, there was a difference in compliance( P 〈 0.05) ; at the time of discharge and one month after discharge, ob- servati 3n group and the control group function recovery effect existed obvious different( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] In orthopaedic postoperative rehabilitation, exercise with application of functional exercise video health education, could improve the level of awareness of the content for postoperative rehabilitation exercise, and enhance the compliance of the patients, improve the correctness and effectiveness of the functional exercise, and eventually improve fracture healing and the function recovery of limb.
