艾盐包热熨神阙穴对广泛性子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨艾盐包热熨神阙穴对广泛性子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的疗效。方法：2014年6月至2016年1月在我院住院行广泛性子宫切除术＋盆腔淋巴清扫术的53例Ⅰb～Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者，按随机原则分为观察组27例、对照组26例，除同样的膀胱功能锻练外，对观察组增加艾盐包热熨神阙穴30min/次，1次／日，术后2周拔除尿管，通过测定残余尿量、尿路感染率来评价膀胱功能恢复情况。结果：膀胱功能恢复情况，观察组（21例，77．78％）优于对照组（8例，30．77％）（P〈0．05），2组尿管留置时间，观察组（14．44±2．29）天短于对照组（18．15±5．38）天（P〈0．05）。2组尿管感染率无差异（P〉0．05）。结论：艾盐包热熨神阙穴有助于促进广泛性子宫切除术后膀胱功能的恢复，缩短尿管留置时间，提高患者生活质量。[ Objective] To investigate curative effect of moxa and salt bag reheating Shenque acupoint to recover bladder function after radical hysterectomy. [Method] From June 2014 to January 2016, 53 patients with cervical cancer, who were Ⅰ b-Ⅱ a stage and undertaken extensive hysterectomy ＋ pelvic lymph node cleaning operation in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group （27 patients） and control group （26 patients ）. Two groups＇ patients were undertaken bladder function training. The observation group patients were treated with moxa and salt bag reheating shenque acupoint （30 min/time, once a day）. The catheter was removed after 2 weeks, the recovery of bladder function was evaluated by measuring residual urine and urinary tract infection rate. [Result] In the observation group, the bladder function recovery （21 cases, 77.78% ） was better than the control group （8 cases, 30.77% ） （ P 〈 0.05） ;the retention time of the catheter in the observation group （ 14.44 ± 2.293 days） was shorter than that in control group （ 18.15 ± 5.379 days） （ P 〈 0.05）. The urinary tract infection rate was not difference between these two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Moxa and salt bag reheating Shenque acupoin could promote recovery of bladder function after general hysterectomy, shorten catheter retention time, and improve the life quality of those patients.
