摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期护理要点。方法:对行经尿道前列腺电切术的89例高龄前列腺增生症患者进行术前护理,术后严密观察,做好并发症相关护理及出院康复指导。结果:89例患者术后出现短期出血2例,膀胱痉挛2例,暂时性尿失禁5例,无护理并发症,经对应处理均痊愈出院。结论:做好高龄前列腺增生症患者围手术期的护理干预是减轻患者痛苦、降低并发症、提高手术成功率的重要措施。[ Objective] To investigate the perioperative nursing points of transurethrai resection of prostate in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. [ Method ] 89 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral resection of prostate. Patients were observed before and after operation, and complications related nursing and reha- bilitation guidance were performed. [ Result] 89 cases of patients with short- term bleeding occurred in 2 cases, bladder spasm in 2 cases, temporary urinary incontinence in 5 cases, no nursing complications, and they were cured by the corresponding treatment. [ Conclusion] It is an important measure to reduce the pain of patients, lower the complications, and improve the success rate of surgery for the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
