交联PVA微球的合成及对液压油中甲基橙的吸附性能的研究

摘  要:液压油和水体中染料污染已经成为发达国家和发展中国家共同关注的重要问题之一,甲基橙是液压油和水体中有机染料污染物之一。本论文将通过合成交联聚乙烯醇微球,并对其用咪唑基团进行化学修饰,对最终合成的吸附剂(CPEMCl)研究其对甲基橙的吸附和解吸行为,通过实验尝试解释并论证咪唑作为碱性基团对甲基橙的吸附原理。采用FT-IR、UV、EA等手段对吸附剂进行表征,并具体研究CPEMCl作为一种新型聚合物材料去除含低浓度甲基橙废液的吸附特性和动力学。In this study, he removal of methyl orange (MO) by CPEMC1 was investigated. The influences of the uptake conditions were tested including the initial dye concentration, aqueous pH and temperature. The adsorption kinetics were described by the Pseudo - first - order, the Pseudo - second - order models and the Elovich model. The results showed that the kinetic data were well described by the Pseudo - first - order kinetic model. New adsorbent was characterized with FTIR. Furthermore, adsorption experiments in a batch or/and column method were carried out to examine the adsorption performance for some heavy metal ions. Many models such as kinetic models were used to fit the experiment data to understand the adsorption mechanisms.
