蚕沙天然染料的提取及其真丝绸染色

摘　　要：研究了蚕沙天然染料的提取工艺以及蚕沙提取液对真丝绸的染色工艺,测定了真丝绸的染色效果。讨论了乙醇用量、提取温度、提取时间和料液比等对蚕沙染料提取效果的影响,以及染色时间、浴比、染色p H、染色温度等对真丝绸染色效果的影响。结果表明,蚕沙天然染料提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇70 mol/L,提取温度70℃,提取时间7 h,料液比1∶7。提取液对真丝绸直接染色的最佳工艺为:染色时间60 min,浴比1∶40,染色p H=8,染色温度40℃。蚕沙提取液染色真丝绸色牢度可达4级,媒染可适当提高染色真丝绸的上染率和色牢度。The extraction process of silkworm excrement and the dyeing process of silkworm extract on silk dyeing were studied. The dyeing effect of silk fabric was determined. The influences of ethanol consumption, extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid on extraction results and the influences of dyeing time, liquor ratio, dyeing pH, dyeing temperature on dyeing results of silk fabric were discussed. The results showed that the optimum extraction process of natural dye from silkworm excrement was as follows： 70 mol/L of ethanol, extracting at 70℃ for 7 h, ratio of solid to liquid 1：7. The optimum dyeing conditions were as follows： 1：40 of liquor ratio, dyeing at 40℃ for 60 min, pH=8. The color fastness of silkworm extract dyed silk fabric could reach 4 level, and mordant dyeing could improve the dye-uptake and color fastness.
