摘 要:将六氯环三磷腈的衍生物六(4-氨基苯氧基)环三磷腈通过浸-轧-烘的方法用于羊毛织物的阻燃整理。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪对整理后的羊毛织物进行了表征;并采用热重分析、极限氧指数、垂直燃烧测试、扫描电镜对整理前后羊毛织物的阻燃性能及残渣形貌进行了研究。结果表明,六(4-氨基苯氧基)环三磷腈和羊毛之间存在化学键结合;该阻燃剂能显著提高羊毛织物的成炭性能,凝聚相的阻燃效果优异;整理后的羊毛织物垂直燃烧损毁长度和极限氧指数明显提高,且具有优异的耐水洗牢度。Hexakis(4-aminophenoxy) cyclotriphazene was used as flame retardant and applied on wool fabric by impregnating-padding-drying process. The structure of the pristine and finished wool fabric were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), FTIR, limit- ed oxygen index (LOI) and vertical flame test were used to investigate the flame retardancy of the finished wool fabric. The char surface morphology of the finished wool fabric compared with that of pristine wool was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that chemical bonding existed between the wool and flame retardant agent. This flame retardant could significantly improve the char forming property of wool fabric and had outstanding flame retardant effect on the condense phase. The char length and the LOI of finished wool fabric were obviously improved, and the finished wool fabric also had good washing fastness.
