摘　　要：目的探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛期间产间发热的影响因素。方法选取分娩镇痛期间产间发热产妇49例为研究组,同期体温正常产妇100例为对照组,记录两组产妇的年龄、BMI、产程、分娩镇痛时间、胎膜早破到分娩结束时间、阴道检查次数、是否使用缩宫素、羊水污染例数、出血量、胎儿体重、脐动脉p H值和Lac等,采用二项式Logistic回归法对影响产间发热的相关因素进行分析。结果高BMI、分娩镇痛时间较长、胎膜早破到分娩结束时间较长、多次阴道检查与产间发热有关(P<0.05)。结论产间发热和多种因素相关,对产间发热的高危人群应减少阴道检查次数,缩短分娩镇痛时间。Objective To explore the influencing factors of maternal intrapartum fever during epidural labor analgesia. Methods Forty- nine parturient women with intrapartum fever during epidural labor analgesia were selected from the hospital as study group,and one hundred parturient women with normal body temperature during the same period were selected as control group. Maternal age,body mass index（ BMI）,labor process,the start time of labor analgesia,the interval time from premature rupture of fetal membrane to the end of delivery,the times of vaginal examination,the usage situations of oxytocin,the numbers of parturient women with amniotic fluid contamination,the amounts of blood loss,fetal weights,umbilical artery p H values and Lac in the two groups were recorded. Binomial logistic regression method was used to analyze the related factors of intrapartum fever during labor analgesia. Results High BMI,long time of labor analgesia,long interval time from premature rupture of fetal membrane to the end of delivery,vaginal examination for many times were correated with intrapartum fever during labor analgesia（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Intrapartum fever during labor analgesia is correlated with many factors,the number of vaginal examination should be reduced and the time of labor analgesia should be shortened in the high risk population of intrapartum fever.
