其正常参考值范围分别为:VS(0.33,1.12)、VD(0.29,1.00)、VA(0.07,0.71)、TAMXV(0.19,0.93)、RI(0.20,0.99)、PIV(0.15,1.23)、PVIV(0.23,0.95)。 Objective To explore the change of blood flow spectrum of ductus venosus with gestational week, establish normal reference ranges of spectrum parameters in different gestational weeks. Methods Blood flow spectrums of ductus venosus in 983 single fetuses were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and obtained successfully, and 979 fetuses were normal. The speed parameters( VS,VD,VA,TAMXV) and resistance parameters( RI,PIV,PVIV) of blood flow spectrum of ductus venosus were measured. Results The speed parameters of blood flow spectrum of ductus venosus were positively correlated with gestational week, while the resistance parameters were negatively correlated with gestational week. The normal reference ranges were VS( 0. 33,1. 12),VD( 0. 29,1. 00),VA( 0. 07,0. 71),TAMXV(0. 19,0. 93),RI(0. 20,0. 99),PIV(0. 15,1. 23),PVIV(0. 23,0. 95),respectively. Conclusion The speed parameters and resistance parameters of blood flow spectrum of ductus venosus in normal fetuses are correlated with gestational week. VS,VD,VA,and TAMXV are positively correlated with gestational week, while RI,PIV,and PVIV were negatively correlated with gestational week.
