心理疏导在围绝经期综合征中的应用及对患者内分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理疏导在围绝经期综合征中的应用及对患者内分泌的影响。方法选取2014年8月-2015年8月接诊的160例围绝经期患者作为研究对象,分为两组,每组80例。对照组采用安慰剂进行治疗;观察组采用心理疏导进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平,主要症状改善时间,治疗前后Kupperman评分,治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者E2水平为(109.34±21.17)pmol/L,优于对照组的(82.26±20.18)pmol/L,FSH与LH水平分别为(16.82±3.63)U/L和(11.76±3.62)U/L,均低于对照组[(42.17±5.39)U/L和(29.91±4.28)U/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组烦热出汗、失眠、情绪烦躁、心神不宁改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Kupperman评分为(3.14±1.01)分,低于对照组[(11.29±3.02)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.00%(76/80),优于对照组(81.25%,65/80),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效显著,能够改善患者的内分泌紊乱情况及临床症状。Objective To research the application of psychological counseling in perimenopausal period syndrome and its effect on endocrine system of perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 160 perimenopausal women were selected from August 2014 to August 2015,then they were divided into two groups,80 perimenopausal women in each group. The perimenopausal women in control group were treated with placebo,and the perimenopausal women in observation group were treated with psychological counseling. The levels of estradiol（ E2）,follicle- stimulating hormone（ FSH）,and luteinizing hormone（ LH）,improvement time of main symptoms,and Kupperman score before and after treatment,and clinical effects after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,E2 level in observation group was（109. 34 ± 21. 17） pmol / L,which was higher than that in control group [（82. 26 ± 20. 18） pmol / L],FSH and LH levels in observation group were（16. 82 ± 3. 63） U / L and（11. 76 ± 3. 62） U / L,respectively,which were lower than those in control group [（42. 17± 5. 39） U / L and（29. 91 ± 4. 28） U / L],there were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement time of upset hot sweating,insomnia,irritability,and pother in observation group were statistically significantly shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; Kpperman score in observation group was（ 3. 14 ± 1. 01）,which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（11. 29 ± 3. 02）（P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate in observation group was 95. 00%（76 /80）,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（81. 25%,65 /80）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of psychological counseling in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is significant,psychological counseling can improve clinical symptoms of perimenopausal women.
