摘  要:采用连续碳化法制备SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化材料,考察了连续碳化过程中不同反应浆液pH值下硅的加入对SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化材料性质的影响,通过XRD、BET、FT-IR和固体核磁共振等方法对试样进行表征。实验结果表明:反应浆液pH值为11.0时加硅制备的SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化材料物化性质最好,其孔容达到1.060cm^3/g,比表面积为345m^2/g,总酸含量为0.495mmol/g。将合成的SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化材料制成催化剂,并在高压反应釜上进行渣油加氢性能评价,评价结果表明:反应浆液pH值为11.0时,加入硅合成的SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化材料制备的催化剂,脱硫率为78.3%,脱残炭率为54.1%,脱(Ni+V)率为96.4%,大于500℃的渣油转化率达到57.1%。The continuous carbonation method is used to prepare SiO_2-Al_2O_3 catalytic material,aiming to investigate the effect of silicon with different pH on the characteristic of SiO_2-Al_2O_3 catalytic material during the continuous carbonization process.These samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction,Brunauer Emmett Teller,FT-IR spectroscopy and solid state NMR.The results show that the silicon based SiO_2-Al_2O_3 catalytic material with pH value is 11.0has better physical and chemical properties.The pore volume is 0.866cm^3/g,the specific surface area can reach 345m^2/g and the total amount of acid is 0.495mmol/g.Furthermore,a new catalyst is prepared by this synthesized silicon based SiO_2-Al_2O_3 catalytic material.The residue hydrotreating performance evaluation on the autoclave is carried out to evaluate the performance of this new catalyst.The evaluation results show that the hydrogenation Properties of this new catalyst is much better than that of any other catalytic under different synthetic conditions.The removal rates of sulfur,carbon residue,Nickel/Vanadium are 78.3%,54.1%and 96.4%,respectively.Residue conversion rate reaches 57.1% when the temperature is more than500 ℃.
