摘  要:通过对高炉—转炉—精炼工艺流程的流体温度变化进行理论分析,得出各工序温降、升温的理论值,即折罐时铁水罐温降平均为2.24益/min,鱼雷罐温降为0.78益/min,转炉流体升温300~400益,并提出具体措施,保证各工序的温度合格率。Based on the theoretical analysis of the temperature variation in fluid made in the blast furnace-converter-refining process flow, the theoretical values of temperature dropping and temperature rising for all the production processes were obtained. The results show that the average value of temperature dropping in hot metal ladle was 2.24 ℃/min after pouring hot metal from one ladle to another, the value for torpedo was 0.78 ℃/min and the value limit of temperature rising of the fluid in converter was from 300 ℃to 400 ℃. So some concrete measures were proposed in or-der to guarantee the qualified values of the temperatures for all the production processes.
