摘　　要：为了提高生产运营的效果,鞍钢集团矿业公司大孤山球团厂深入分析了影响边际利润的生产要素,制定了DPCP生产组织管控方法,通过日常有效对影响边际利润各因素的控制,取得了较好的经济效果。In order to improv e the operation effect in production, the deep analysis over the production factors for impairing the marginal profit was done by Dagushan Pelletizing Plant of Ansteel Group Mining Company. The DPCP （daily profit control production） Method for production system and control was formulated. By carrying out the daily efficient control over these factors for impairing the marginal profit, the better economic effects were achieved.
