摘  要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂260 t转炉终点碳氧积较高和底枪堵枪频繁的现象,提出了相应的控制措施,包括改造氧枪喷头的主要参数和枪位,调整底吹流量。采取上述措施后,转炉终点碳氧积控制在0.002 2左右,底吹效果较好。For the problems of higher product of carbon content and oxygen content at the blowing end in converter and frequent blockings of oxygen lances at the bottom of 260 t converter in No.4 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the corresponding measures were proposed, which includes upgrading the main parameters of oxygen lance nozzles and the height of lance, adjusting flow of oxygen in blowing at the bottom. After these measures were taken, the product of carbon content and oxygen content at the blowing end in converter is controlled to be about 0.002 2 and the bottom blowing effect is good.
