对胰岛素抵抗的中西医认识

摘　　要：代谢综合征又称作胰岛素抵抗综合症,主要临床表现为糖代谢、脂代谢紊乱及其所引起的一系列疾病。在我国它已成为一种流行趋势,它增加了2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、脑卒中以及某些癌症如结直肠癌、乳腺癌、胰腺瘤和肾细胞癌等的危险性。而其发病机制尚不明确,但普遍认为胰岛素抵抗是其发生发展的中心环节。因此,加强对胰岛素抵抗中医病机、西医机制的认识至关重要。Metabolic syndrome also can be named insulin resistance syndrome. The main chmcal mantlestatlons include metabolic msoruers oI glucose and lipid and some diseases caused by the metabolic disorder. It has started becoming popular in China, and it increased the risks of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke and certain cancers, such as colorectal cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic tumor and renal cell cancer. However, their pathogenesis is not clear, but it is widely believed that insulin resistance is a key link of their occurrence and development. Therefore, it＇ s crucial to strengthen the understanding of insulin resistance by TCM pathogenesis and Western medicine mechanism.
