摘  要:为了减少对环境的污染,实现TEMPO氧化纸浆纤维素的清洁生产,本文就TEMPO氧化体系的滤液循环使用的影响进行研究,探究了TEMPO含量、无机盐浓度和氧化降解产物等对循环体系氧化反应速率和产物羧基含量等的影响。结果表明:催化剂量减少和无机盐浓度增加均导致反应速率有一定程度的降低,并且会在相同氧化剂用量情况下,产物的羧基含量有所降低,反应所需时间也相应增长。适当补充催化体系的TEMPO和溴化钠助剂量,可有效提高TEMPO氧化反应速率和产物羧基含量。以氧化木聚糖代替氧化降解产物的研究表明,氧化降解的碳水化合物对反应速率和羧基含量都有较明显的影响。In order to reduce the environment pollution and realize the cleaner production of TEMPO oxidized full bleached softwood kraft pulp (NBKP), it was investigated that the effect of recycle catalyst of TEMPO-mediated oxidation system, the impact of TEMPO dosage, the concentration of inorganic salt, and oxidation product on reaction rate and carboxyl content. The results showed that it could reduce reaction rate, and spent much more time to obtain final stage by the decreasing of catalyst consumption and the increasing of inorganic salt concentration. The carboxyl content of oxidized product, which was oxidized by recycle catalyst of TEMPO-mediated oxidation system, was lower than the un-recycling system. However, the carboxyl content was similar when the TEMPO catalyst mediated was added to system as supplement. When the oxidized xylan was added as accumulation of oxidation product in the filtrate, the oxidization rate and carboxylic group content of oxidized product were reduced significantly, respectively.
