明初宁波知府治甬探析

摘　　要：朱元璋攻下宁波后,于1368年便在此地设地方长官,开始新朝的地方治理事务。在经历元末明初的战乱和"靖难之役"的背景下,明初宁波知府通过经济、司法、宣教、建设等措施治理地方,对于稳定时局、恢复生产意义重大。通过分析明初宁波知府的基本情况及他们的施政措施,对于研究明初宁波地方治理情况具有重要的意义。After Ningbo was conquered, Zhu Yuanzhang designated magistrates to govern the city since 1368. The magistrates of Ningbo during the early period of Ming Dynasty resorted to such measures as economic, judicial, educational and constructional in their governance which helped stabilize the political situation and restore the production after the Civil War of Jingnan and several years＇ war disasters. The paper analyzes the basic situation of Ningbo magistrates and the policies they adopted, which is of reference to the related research.
