摘 要:2013年7-9月研究了采煤塌陷地池塘夏季浮游植物的群落结构。结果显示:共检出浮游植物8门112个属种,其中绿藻门种类最多;浮游植物密度变化在(5.44~136.30)×10^6ind./L之间,平均密度为40.18×10^6ind./L,其中蓝藻的密度最大,其次为绿藻,硅藻和隐藻,裸藻、甲藻和金藻的密度较小;生物量变动范围为3.82-77.97mg/L,平均生物量20.36mg/L;其中裸藻的生物量最高,其次为硅藻、甲藻和隐藻。采煤塌陷区池塘浮游植物多样性指数(H’)变动在2.16~3.95之间,均值为3.04;均匀度(J)在0.44~0.85之间,均值为0.64;物种丰富度指数(d)在3.37~5.45之间,均值为4.30。H’、J、d均处于较高的水平,说明池塘浮游植物种类较多,群落结构稳定,分布均匀。结果表明:采煤塌陷区池塘水体环境质量属清洁水平。Phytoplankton community was investigated in coal mining subsidence ponds FRom July to September in 2013. A total of 112 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla were identified, and the phytoplankton community was dominated by Chlorophyta. Phyto- plankton abundance was found to be vary within (5.44 - 136.30) × 10^6 ind./L, with an average of 40.18× 10^6 ind./L. Cyanophyta was contributed most to the abundance, followed by Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cryptophyta, with a small contribution by Eugleno- phyta, Pyrrophyta and Chrysophyta. The phytoplankton biomass was ranged from 3.82 mg/L to 77.97 mg/L with an average of 20.36 rag/L, Euglenophyta accounting for the most, followed by Bacillariophyta, Pyrrophyta and Cryptophyta. Phytoplankton diversity index H' was 2.16 - 3.95, with an average of 3.04, evenness index J of 0.44 - 0.85, with an average of 0.64, and species richness index d of 3.37 - 5.45, with an average of 4.30, indicating that there was abundant phytoplankton species in the ponds, with stable and homogeneous community structure. In conclusion, the water environment quality of the ponds in the coal mining subsidence area is assessed as clean level.
