摘　　要：为了探究桥梁施工的风险评估和管理方法,对天津市某桥梁工程施工中,运用风险评估中的层次分析法和模糊分析法对施工过程中的各种因素进行评估分析,对可能出现的风险进行预测,发现该桥梁工程的风险等级为三级,属于高度风险桥梁工程。并在施工过程对可能出现的风险制定了相应的解决措施,从而降低了施工过程中风险发生的概率,确保桥梁施工顺利进行。In order to explore the methods of risk assessment and management of bridge construction, the author evaluated and analyzed the various factors of a bridge construction in the construction process in Tianjin by using analytic hierarchy process in risk assessment and fuzzy analysis method to predict the possible risks, and found that the bridge engineering risk was grade three, which belonged to high bridge engineering risk. And corresponding measures were formulated for the possible risks in the construction processes so as to reduce the probability of occurrence of risks in the process of construction, to ensure that the bridge construction can be smoothly constructed.
