对39例新入职护士进行中医护理技术培训的体会

摘　　要：目的对新入职护理人员进行中医护理操作技术培训,使其尽快适应临床工作。方法制定计划,集中讲授,"一对一"操作示范指导,系统培训和考核。结果对比培训前后的考核成绩及临床工作能力,均有较大提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护理人员自我评价收获很大。结论规范护理操作培训,能使新入职护士尽快适应新的工作岗位。Objective Through induction training on operation technique,the new nurses can adapt clinical work as quickly as possible. Method Technique training program was made,centralized teaching was carried out. They were instructed by operational demonstration one-to-one,and received training systemically and examining. Result Grade of examination and clinical capability significantly improved by contrasting before and after training,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. All new nurses considered that they benefit largely from training. Conclusion The canonical nursing training can make new nurses adapt new work as quickly as possible.
